This has happened a couple of times before in the last 6 months. No announcement follows and volumes drop right back again as the price drifts south toward the low fours again.
I am trying to get excited about this volume and movement but will resist until some consolidation occurs over the next two weeks or so.
I dont believe its a pump and dump, i think it is genuine buyers but again we need some physical progress to get this back to the 10 plus cents mark.
