Not an odd term at all Dsinger, a lot of quarterlies have that as a default, have seen it many times, it's just a protection clause so if it does go belly up, they can say "We warned you"..........

As for a good outcome, wish I had this weeks tatts numbers ! At this point IMO, I think we need any outcome, good, bad or ugly, at least it will give us SH's some direction.

Really a farmin partner confirmation is all we need to instil confidence that we do have direction. Even if we don't drill for months, at least we know someone is on board and will be having a crack.
