how are the 80m of shares being issued? entitlement for existing shareholders? Not sure, as far as I can tell it was approved at the meeting but no further details other than it was allowed.

PXG is on a trading halt - something doing there? Unless they are doing something with Blue Funnel then not much concern for GED, of course they hold some PXG shares but the royalties would be the bigger priority.

I'm obviously newbie here - what's the play? Who knows! Would make a great shell, and it is the same team that backdoor'd CVT. Not a lot seemed to happen in Namibia last quarter so who knows. Placement had to be 3 months from date of approval so by the end of Feb we should know more. Coniston hold 56% so all up to them at the end of the day.
