Revenues have increased almost 400% from when they acquired the business and in the latest report, only depr/ammort relating to the goodwill of the business stopped it from turning a profit... If management even find small cost savings in addition to the non-recurring charges of goodwill write-down, this segment will outperform expectations by a long shot.
