It's difficult to grasp in the ann just what exactly is exciting Neil Hutchison. At least without seeing the EM data from 0026 identifying the 'strong off hole conductor'. I've been spoilt from following SGO's current shot at a massive 210,000ms conductor, after last week missing with a 60,000 mofo. That's excitement!
Still it's enough that they can confirm the eastern sequence as the main channel now and confidently move forward.
I'm still curious over Andres' anecdote from the AGM regarding a rare occurrence of something they were pumped over. Wonder if that related to a very high conductor reading? Though back then they were pursing the western sequence which has now turned out disappointing.
Otherwise we live in hope for this new area of interest but it seems likely a further drill campaign will be needed beyond this current one. And probably a CR, too. Sigh.
