Very hot day on the coast as I live here as well,
trying to decide what to do with the same question, invest in another property her on the coast and cathch the rise before the com games or keep buying up EDE and TAS for long term.
I'm leaning towards EDE and Tas and see where to sp is after the opening of the new plant in a couple years only time will tell if that's the right decision
Bring on a couple market sensitive Ann's and get this sp on the march
