After a weekend of deep thought I have made the decision to sell down both EDE and TAS and invest in real estate. I say sell down not sell out. I will continue to make relative value trades. This is a personal choice made because of age and family circumstances along with the expectation of rapid considerable real estate value increases at the Gold Coast where I now live. There is a building boost here along with the approaching Commonwealth games adding to the normal population increase as southerners decide it is a good place to retire.

There should be reasonable increase in value for holders of EDE and TAS, however I do believe that a lot of the value is already factored into the current SP. World events may cause some instability in the next twelve months and at my age 12 months is a very large percentage of the rest of my life. I also have other investments involving R&D that require time, effort and of course cash that help sway the decision.

Having that TAS sale filled at 19c unexpectedly may have been a trigger. Now I need to concentrate on building up another million or two of freebies.
