I have held OEX.. but not holding currently.. however if I was still holding yesterday (for me) would have been a make or break day as far as the charts go. Support levels, on the down side have been broken and, yesterday, the 25 and 100 day moving averages, on the daily chart, crossed to the negative side. So, as you say, a move up from here may be a timely orchestration by big technical traders?
