For quite a while I just traded springs and upthrusts intraday or daily, but that is tedious and time consuming after a while, and while I did OK , it wasn't what I was looking for (although I do still take the odd set up if I see it, and doing this over and over again was great for the recognition of the set up).

I mostly take swing trades now, with hold's ranging from a few days, to weeks, and sometimes months, sticking with trends or breakouts, where the market appears to be supporting the stock.
And I am constantly looking for obvious accumulation set ups, but they are not that common, or I should say - not that easy to find and prepare for.
