The problem with Octanex has been the valuation for the move across and the percentage that Albers is willing to sell down, which is 2/5 of buggar all.
I would not be buying it unless he lets a bigger percentage go, it looks like a potential Listed Investment Company disaster which will trade at a discount to NTA becuase of the majority control but I might be wrong.
