I hate this company and management with a passion. They squandered an opportunity in mobile business and now expect shareholders to wear the brunt of their piss poor decisions and over inflated acquisitions. They have destroyed any value, perceived or real. I too will be voting no... but I know it is worthless - like my shares in this company.
