    Its a disgrace what has happened here and its all due to old management jumping off the board on a sinking ship.

    MVH = Failed
    MOT = Failed
    now rename to Ausbase and destroy all old loyal shareholders to grab control of a 50:1 Consolidation of capital because shareholders have NO choice.

    I'm am voting NO to this at general meeting to all resolutions.
