I agree RAW its a bad deal.

But I still do have hope for MOT - with the right management team and revenue stream (I mean ongoing revenue from products sold, real transactions, services provided and paid for... pay tax and GST... that sort of thing, you know? an actual "Business" something I feel is foreign to this board IMO) perhaps it can turn around and get the SP up enough so that the current deal, or a new mining deal or even a new different deal, maybe new opportunities will present itself? - well, whatever it is, it will have to be better for ALL shareholders and not a select few.

MOT can easily become a "Phoenix" rising I feel, let's not throw the baby out with the bath water. We can't get any lower than where we are so no harm in change and trying new things - perfect time for it I think.
