If you are referring to the submission Baycorp made to the standard setting bodies some time back I have read that and agree it is of interest.

I had posted the following table I had pulled together on the PNC subforum. This is basically the same I presented there and expanded to show some of the source numbers used to calculate (plus a couple of other ratios I hadn't shown). Might be of interest to some on here...We have some slightly different numbers for ratios (perhaps not defined exactly the same and those that are similar are very close). Anyway you/others can see the source and the numbers in my table below to verify if interested in why we differ.
