    Thanks for the info Moreld. I certainly don't remember a low in the 30's that recently. I have been a holder since early 2000's and bought in at 48c - they were big then in providing transaction security for the Tandem non-stop range (later acquired by HP) - this was big business for them as Tandem was widely deployed in the high trx world of banking - probably still is - but IRI have since added the VOIP security products and this is their growth area. I try to adhere to top-down bottom up investing principles and still consider IRI meets these criteria (especially as security continues to be high profile). Must own up that I sometimes get sidetracked in nailing the occasional "black swan" - I'm no expert but it's fun.
