Agreed Cuz, There really is no plausible reason for the long term 'occupation' of stock/company threads on HC. I can assume a very minimal few of the constant negative posters would be classified as 'highly successful investors' otherwise they would not frequent these forums to detract unless with good, substantiated information or advice with sound technical or fundamental value, (this is actually meant to be the point of a forum). The honest truth is that thankfully even with all the 'noise', a stock price will generally reflect performance at some point though there are lead/lag factors. This does not mean that TV2 in particular is certain for success it just means that 'trolls' as such in effect are irrelevant, in the end they only have impact if you personally let them, they certainly cannot control ASX market forces.
It is certainly best practice to invest off of legitimate information through the correct channels if you wish to make sound investments. This company has had many iterations in contracts, partnerships and launches, however what they are trying to achieve has still been done with a far lower entry cost than many other brands, and to take a brand, let alone OTT technology globally, especially in some of these target regions is fraught with ongoing commercial risk. There are still many risks for TV2 and any new investor should assess these in their own context as i imagine most on here have, based on as much company history as they see fit, the more the better i would think,.
Recent progress is looking more promising, the addition of some board members has no doubt assisted contractually. The platform is certainly starting to gain some traction from a business position it is just the subscriber base that must be secured. This can only occur once content is fully available which is happening as we speak, revenue can start to be achieved rather quickly if all things line up. Each of these ensuing contract bolsters the likelihood of this occurring. GLTAH.
