I agree with miningnut that there are plenty of risks involved, but still that is a good little earner they have coming from Oseil.
The problem with Lion is that they are a little boxed in with this asset. It would be better for them to turn it into cash by selling it, but only the JV partners would consider buying it and they certainly would not pay anything close to full price for it.
