Yes this is true. One of the biggest upside potentials is to be able to use their growing clout over time to drive out the cowboy operators that give the industry such a bad reputation. If you read through the reviews of Jayride almost all of them are due to the transport company being hopeless (arriving late or not at all, claiming they never got the order, etc). Overtime Jayride will be able to drive out these players increase the demand for the whole industry.

The other huge market which they have only started getting into is the non-english market. If I am in a country where I don't speak the language I really want to know I have someone reliable picking me up and taking me where I need to go and not just taking me for an expensive ride.
