Morningstar valuations aren't wirth the paper they're written on. I think many investors are sitting back at the moment, trying to get an indication on whether there will be a CR soon, and at what value. The company has about 9m in the bank but with in irder to fund the growth they're looking at, this is unlikely to be enough.
