Morningstar - undervalued - $0.84, page-15

Problem with this stock is there are a lot of common holder with AVL. Avl currently are diving due to option maturity and that influence these investors sentiment. 

But my question is why there are so many common holder for these two stock since these two stock have similar mine and holding these two stock together do not provide any diversification benefit. Besides TMT have better financial position and low number of shares floating. TMT will be the choice for the institutions investors. 

I know AVL will go diving before I bought TMT but I haven't expect TMT will follow AVL down so closely. Just remainder, TMT do not have option close to maturity and its option is not so much on the value.
