If Van's fair value is 8c, then DAU is 24c. Finally, Van is going down, may be under 1c again? DAU is going up, supported by its food retail business model in China. I think these two company should sell the project together. So VAN can pay off huge debt otherwise it will have going concern. if the project sold at $20m, VAN can get some cash back after paying 5m debt, DAU should get $6-$8m cash as well.
