Morningstar rates VAN at 8c, page-2

Sounds fair enough KBN, however, just wondering why, if Morningstar are promoting this and SP is undervalued according to them, why is VAN market depth showing a grand total of one buyer for a total of 8k shares for 5.1 cents per share? In addition, as I am unable to access the attachment I was wondering if you could explain in detail what they mean by "Quantitive Uncertainty - Extreme".

I recall somewhere in the last VAN Annual report reading that current liabilities exceed current assets by $7,208,657. Resulting in a material uncertainty in relation to the entity's ability to continue as a going concern.

Would love to see a sample of the methodology that supports the quantitive fair value figure they have provided.
