OT - cheers @scooter83 just got on the phone to them suggested clearing chache.... did that still no luck.. asked me to email screen shot to pass onto techs.. it seems to me more that it just hasnt reset the counter each time an alert goes off so more like 500 since started using VP opposed to 500 currently active.. if i hear anything more will post up
