It happened that I have come to know of a similar situation whereby a company engaged the services of a similar promoter/expert where the shares were to reach dreams levels and at least 50 cents in the immediate futures yet the shares have been dwindling at 1/2 a cent and constantly staying for that long that I can't even bother to remember.
And then another one where the shares were to reach dream times levels (Yes at least $100 per share if not more), with huge paid quarterly fully franked dividends, and guess what......the company has been in forced suspension for that long now that I do not want to talk about it, with the sp at around 23 cents just because it is in suspension. If the suspension was to be removed the sp would not be more than 0.0001 of a cent, if it is allowed to trade that is. Yes from $100 dollars to now. Yet all of these reports were releases not long before a Capital Raising was announced.
Yes the good old experts valuations, especially when they are paid by the company itself to prepare their reports and most probably when the information supplied has been given by the company itself.
