amp22 your scepticism may well be warranted and im sure serves you well, given the misinformation spouted by both investors and directors.
But one can never expect or assume that the market is efficient at all times. Given the history of delays/setbacks perhaps some have decided to employ their funds elsewhere.
I wouldn't be anticipating any announcements (+/-) of substance until Q2.
It is to be expected that price will be anchored around current levels until SPP closes on Dec 6.
As we go into Q1 I assume the market will start to price a 50% probability of success. IMHO this should see QRX trade to 100-140c in a normal market.
