    Starkode do you have an inside line on this? Given how spectacular BMR is I seriously doubt they will give you shares in a merger/takeover. HXG is in the box seat now for an offtake and if it can be funded with debt its a $2 share which is great risk reward at this price.... but BMR is better so they won't give you BMR stock.
