geez fp, I think you are right to be a cynic about this company, as you say the lack of runs on the board is telling. But I also think it might be useful to consider the new board and management coming to the company as a fresh start. Previous sins and failures cannot be fairly laid at their door. Where I am with you 100% is retaining some healthy skepticism. If the last lot simply couldn't do it, why would this lot be able to pull it off? My hope is that the last lot made so much progress, over the years, that the company is much closer to commercial success than it was. Also, that the medical world is ready to embrace the technology in a way that they haven't so far. This makes sense in that new products can take a long time to gain widespread acceptance.

However, I am concerned that we have no transparency on the zeiss product in terms of when it will be ready, when it will be on sale etc. We have been told that regulatory approval and final modifications are taking place for about the last 3-4 years, now we are being told the same thing again. How final is final? what regulatory approvals are we talking about? what are zeiss doing about getting those approvals? when do they expect to get them? "Sorry, we can't break confidentiality on that stuff......" estimating a fy half or even quarter is pretty vague and very frustrating. But.... we are still in the game, so that is something. Also, the sp has almost trebled since the 2c CR, so that is something too.
