nah, it is a cap raise. I suppose it could be an exceptional one, conducted at a price above the sp via a placement to a friendly company who will help us, like zeiss.... but this is probably very wishful thinking.
REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT
In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1 the Company requests an immediate trading halt on its securities (

The trading halt is requested until the earlier of the release of the announcement or prior to
commencement of trading on Wednesday
21 December
2016.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
