Re ASI-BMG shareholder agreement,
This was mentioned in the trial evidence posted on this site previously. I cannot remember where or when.
However my understanding is that shareholder agreements and shareholders survive until the company in liquidation is finalized.
I cannot provide any further information. Perhaps other may have some information as the reason behind this current legal activity.
