I have not been able to find any information on the ASI shareholder agreement. Do you have additional informaton on this, can you elaborate on what the agreement states, perhaps provide a link?
I would have thought that if a company is liquidated / wound up, any shareholder agreements would cease to be enforcable.
This legal stoush must be costing a small fortune and I was left with the impression after the last court ruling that Mr Hilllam had exhausted his funds. My opinion is based on the Judges ruling that BMG would have been insolvent without ASI injecting funds. So, I am surprised by this latest round of lawyers at 10 paces.
