“I’m not going to cut Social Security like every other Republican and I’m not going to cut Medicare or Medicaid,”

…..and then did just that in his budget proposal.

and told a rally in Lordstown Ohio:

that factory jobs in Ohio are "all coming back." "Don't move.Don't sell your house." "They’ll fill up those factories or rip them down and build new ones."

….and then the GM auto plant in Lordstown closed down.
