1) The $700,000 from the CONVERTIBLE NOTES
2) The R&D Tax Incentive Refund of $279,000.
That's $979,000 - close enough to $1M.
The financial backers of NAGs are always willing & why not? They know they're on a good thing being able to Convert to Shares anytime at 10c.
