    This latest announcment is interesting and it quotes:::

    The company advises that preliminary review of transaction records relating to Philip Grimaldi's account of profit to the company indicate that the verdict in favor of the company (as against Grimaldi) may be in excess of $30 million(this may end up significantly higher once the process has been finalised).
