Selling really depends on your trading/investing philosophy. If it says sell out at 12c then you have to follow your plan but it can cause alot of psychological pain if you sell out at 100% but miss out on the +400% profit. I suppose Im echoing the old adage "let your profits run". Me personally I'm waiting to see what happens with the shareprice after TSX-V listing but even if it comes back down to Earth I'm happy with a 20% gain. Dont want to get to carried away with stellar returns.
