It has only intangible assets like doctors goodwill.
Trouble is: the courts have ruled against the 8 km radius clause of not setting up practice again once you exit vision group and taking the patients and referrals back as being anti-competative so the value of the doctors goodwill is in doubt.

On the other hand, this is not much differant to the rest of the dodgy business practices to the rest of the ASX.
