another 1.2 mil shares today!!more share price dilution!!

does anyone have ANY idea as to what these guys are up to?

would like to know anyones opinion as I am down a heap on this slick operation!!!!

is there any upside or just a slow sell down to get the lowest share value possible before some regulator steps in to find out exactly what is going on,

and then rich and co will do a management buyout!!!
my opinion only but if it waddles then it must be a duck!!
