Unicrumba, a new project would see more demand for the stock. Research who the chairman is and research his background. Have a look at his holding too. He certainly won't want to lose his money on this one. A private placement could occur to further drill Mt Webb. Remember we have only drilled a tiny area and assays have come back with copper. Seriously, this site could offer some extensive returns to shareholders.
Negotiating a new project takes a lot of time as there are many steps involved. I wouldn't be suprised if we heard something soon as when first announced to buy a new project, we could be getting very close.
I'm definitely not selling. Gold is rocketing and so is copper. I think this one could be on the cards for a serious re-rating if we can secure a new project, further drilling at Mt Webb and sophisticated investors coming to the party.
I'm still buying and holding for all of the above.
I recommend you do some extensive research on the exec team and you too may be thinking like I am. These guys are no fools.
If Indonesia had gone to plan, we would be all out on our 68 foot Rivieras sipping champagne and eating cavier. We are currently eating dog food just waiting for these guys (senior management) to carefully choose our long term viability and profitability for the future.
How confident am I? Very. Will the company die, no hope in hell. IMO.
The number of shares on issue is standard for a company like Ashburton.
Like any stock, you win some, you lose some. You need to make some pertinent decisions to sell , hold or extend your risk. I'm happy to accumulate at this point.
If we secure a gold project soon and gold continues to rise in value, we are looking very secure.
Just remember that we are a junior explorer, but with the right strategies, we could and should be mining, recieving income and eventually being in a position to expand on our projects.
Also, the drill results at Mt Webb weren't poor. This alone could generate some major potential once a number of holes are drilled and the big boys want a piece of this land mass.
High risk, yes, high returns could yield you and I some enormous profits.
As you can see, I'm all in and waiting. Good luck and let's hope for some exciting news to get our dreadful SP back to normality.
If I am confident with the future outlook of a company, I sell when everyone is buying and buy when everyone is selling. It all comes down to management. If management are useless, it's a definite sell for me no matter what. My investments into juniors is all based on the following:
Has management got a good track record? Do Management hold a heap of shares? Do management have access to large funding? Do management talk up the stock when nothing much is happening? Has management been highly successful on other projects.
Ashburton tick all the boxes for me. It's simply a waiting game. The long term chart should answer you queries here and assist you with your understanding of why I am in balls and all.
DYOR, this is simply my methodology on why I have invested.
There is a stock starting with N on my below note. Chart screems a major push upward next week. Check it out. Dyor.
