When we were waiting for the approval/funding for joint venture with Terengganu state Government, cell had already done all the feasibilitys, chosen land, construction specifications, logistics of all equipment being shipped over in sea containers, in a few short months from the time the go-ahead was given, came completion, with the fingerling going-in.

When the decision is made for the expansion, cell will hit the ground running, having already sucessfully compleated their first fecility, their second will come naturally, its just on a much bigger scale.

And when approval/funding for the joint venture in Sarawak gets the go-ahead, cell will be very busyboys indeed.
