Kodak was a mighty company once with only a handful of competitors and a top quality product. I'm not sure that all investors realize that you are buying Amatil shares not coke. You are buying a franchise that is dictated to and controlled by coke USA. yes they have good distribution and marketing and maybe management but do consumers in 2015 want or need your products. I think the headwinds are considerable and if and that's a huge if they can stop the decline and just stabilize sales then that will be a mighty achievement.
