"Working with", probably just means working out what cut off levels they wanted. The 30 Jan 2009 update clearly stated that the units were assembled by a contract manufacturer.

It doesn't really matter at this point in time but I think we can all agree with the benefit of hindsight ,that quality control was poor on SBL's behalf and the overseeing it of it all by the SBN board was poor also.

Let's see if we can get some answers this week as to why Kerins has been allowed to turn rogue on us all.
