Jack Kerins worked at ICT Group in two stints.The first period is relevant and lasted 16 years from 1984-2000.He was appointed President of ICT Groups Customer Care Management Services Division.Rick LeVine worked ICT from 1990-1996.His resume indicates that he was ICT Director Client Services.
Kerins and LeVine had six years together at ICT in the same Division.
In April 2008 LeVine joins SBL and in the same month sets up AIRMED.This company is set up as a direct competitor to his employer.In less than a year everything has gone wrong at SBL and two key former employees emerge with a new company in exactly the same business.The former relationship and the timing of the AIRMED start up suggests to me that the SBL failure was an orchestrated event.
