On the 31st August 2009,Cameron Hardie(son of Scook,s business partner) held 13,700,000 shares--by the 6th Sept2010,Hardie sold millions of shares and left the top 20.
On the31st Aug2009,Paul Taylor(Scook,s son in law) held 13,700,000 shares--by the 6th Sept2010,Taylor also had sold millions of shares to leave the top 20.
These sales of millions of shares contributed imo,to the fall in the s/p--please refer to Annual Reports of those years--cheers
