You shouldn't assume that everybody believes humans are more important than money. They don't and never have. You can be a do gooder if you like. No problem I'm sure everyone wants to know all about it.
For me this is a good business move.
Ability to set prices protects margins is always good and what I look for. Also it makes WAN an attractive takeover target.
