Dapper, do I detect a little bit of frustration in your post ?! Probably no different to the rest of us LT holders :)
I don't think it's a complete stand still, Cockatoo is operating now, isn't it ?
In regards to the Philippines, loss of income is starting to hurt IMO. Don't think management have to do much to loosen things up. Thanks to Chucks digging you can see that the President of Chamber of Mines etc are doing the work for 'em. Just be patient for a little longer... Or lighten the load a little and feel a bit better. After my 8 years (give or take) of holding it's just so darn close !
