I hopr you are right CY7 - I am a bit mystified as well.
5mn shares doesn't really change much overall except that it would be nice if they were bought of the offer on market and not from EVG at a discount to the market price.
Personally I don't hsve enough cash - but I wonder what wouls happen if I gave BJ a call and said I would like to buy a few million shares in EVG would you sell them to me at 11c?
What would his answer be.
Not to worry it is good that EVG is selling shares at 11c when the CEO recently bought 17mn at 11.74c
I guess the CEO is the man best positioned to see what is going on.
At least BJ didn't sell them to himself at 11c - a degree of integrity here which is unusual in the boss of a smaller cap explorer.
