In 3 weeks time all will be revealed. I personally believe there is going to be plenty of pain. I will be going over Annual report with a fine tooth comb - only out of interest. Deeply embedded in the fine print we will see what really has been going on

If anyone was at last AGM - the chaiman indicated he had wanted to step down from his position, but was convinced to stay on. He should have left. By staying there he has supported Weber's position as CEO

There will be another capital raising - no doubt about that. My thoughts are a raising of $100 million possibly at 25 cents would not be out of question. Why 25 cents - well needs to be heavily discounted from current value to have anybody interested. And even at this price - I doubt it will be oversubscribed. In all capital raisings there is a clause which allows board to allocate surplus shares at their discretion. This is where our current substantial shareholder will come in and gobble them up
