    Also what are the repayment plans for the 5m over three years? No doubt more CRs. If they have agreement to pay in monthly installments that's just over 400k a quarter, impossible when they are already losing on average over last three years almost 1.5m per quarter.

    So to repay the 5m they will have to look at CRs once again more dilution for investors.
