Can't see how you consider QFX inability to pay 5m in debt as good news. Just highlights how dire their financial situation is. Not only that potentially adds more dilution to investors equity at a later date.

"Quickflix has reached in principle agreements with Hollywood studios  to convert SVOD licensing commitments of more than $5 million into debt, repayable over three years."

Article fails to underline a key point in the last announcement by the company. Restructure is of existing debts to be repaid over three years. Meaning QFX doesn't have the money to pay liabilities due, instead they have gone into debt repayments over three years, at what interest?

Option to convert debt to equity at a future point in time (there's your added dilution to investors equity).

Above outstanding debt means that studios have refused to extend SVOD licensing, forcing QFX to partner with Presto to be just a reseller of their content - Without Presto deal QFX are only left with Post (a rapidly declining business and subscriber base) and PPV.

(your post isn't good enough to bump by anyone let alone yourself)
