Of course it was a desperate last move because it followed a failed CR where they only raised a fraction of the amount they planned for. They planned to raise 5m at .003c all they received was $650,814.73
Of course only for those who did participate watched the SP evaporate to 1/10th of a cent.
Which still leaves outstanding almost 2b shares in dilution waiting for a buyer.
That's clearly a failed attempt to raise capital and why they also had to go to customers.
