Maybe not entirely true Hussy. Obviously agree with you on the POG but there will also be an updated MRE this quarter and I have a feeling a few vultures may be looking at this project as a prime takeover opportunity.

It's already an excellent project, that keeps bringing out more great grades.

Relatively low cost operations, in my opinion, will be sought after in the current environment and PIR is certainly in that mould.
